So much for how much you guys care bout the game 
Oh, they most certainly should’ve done that.
And also the bot-ban-waves once per season or less aren’t enough in my book.
But that won’t happen …

Instead of breaking something a lot of people ENJOY, they could have:
- Fixed mosaic (every kick releases charges, other finishers are obsolete)
- Worked on preventing bots
- Fixed chat bug (random chats in game)
- Fixed decoy bug (health changes)
- Fixed poison bug (instances of damage pause poison damage)
- Fixed the lobby scroll bug (scroll holds its position even when not shown, if scrolled down then search “baal” none will show because it is still scrolled down, meaning the games are way up out of view)
- Fixed the bug where games don’t show for people (games literally just do not appear on the list for some accounts, meaning some accounts see different/more games than others)
- Fixed the “Character already in game” (character not exiting a game correctly, stops you from making games)
- Brought back proximity chat (!typing like this used to put your message above your head, and not publicly in the chat box… share game names and passwords secretly by proximity)
- Stopped chat from auto accepting whispers from non-friends (ad bots)
- Banned a ton of super obvious bots on the ladder board
- Added stacking runes/gems
- Added a loot filter
- Added server switching in game
- Added SSF ladder
- Added better DC death prevention
- Added a better trading system
- Updated the lobby from 1998 to 2025 (show all games, auto-update, better search, bigger description, show all game info in one window, etc…)
- Fixed merc aura not being on instantly
- Fixed the mana drain bug
- Fixed the cast rate bug on Trang full set bonus
- Fixed game crashing on fire/bonewall/poison creeper/etc…
- Make one terror zone PER ACT that way you can still level when the terror zone is worthless… or just raise the exp for worthless terror zones so you can actually play the game…
Not a single person ever complained about the grinding bug…
Yet EVERYONE hates the other bugs…
This is exactly why I don’t buy blizzturd things anymore…
Flat out LYING and saying grinding weapons were the reason for sever crashes is crazy…

It’s ridiculous this one wasn’t fixed immediately. I would assume it would be very easy for an experienced programmer to do in a minute.

If only the shareholders and CEO cared enough to pay a small group of people that love this game to support it. But unfortunately they only care about making money, and D2:R doesn’t make enough money to be worth paying for further development of the game.

Noticed that immediately lmao. I agree with a lot of what they listed but man, lots of complaining about this bug/exploit fix that’s slower than just playing a Trav gold barb anyways (and also doesn’t get all the other goodies like the runes and jewels) lol.

i wasn’t using any software to get the gold only hand-muscle memory… it can be done quickly if you let yor subconcience do it, as for using any scripts:
#1 i don’t trust stuff ppl put out on the interent to use on my account ( it could be stolen)
#2 i’m not a programmer, i don’t know how to write a script for myself, heck even my mouse software has functions to record and automate mouse moovement, but i a: i refuse to use it and b: even if i wanted to i don’t know how…
#3 i’m not using some thirdparty bloatware to get my acount banned…
as fot the guy who ceases to belive that one can have fun by playing few hours once a week, and assumes i’m usnng cheats:

and ppl were offering ISTs not MALs for each 10mil, i woudn’t even enter a game where they offered lower than IST, bcause that’s literally a ripp off, it’s not as easy to do it and as Cooley said it’s comparable to fully decked out GF barb if someone has a good rig and lives in close proximity to the server with good connection, which isn’t the case for me.

as for the advice to change an gaming addiction after over 25 years, go screw yourself…

But abusing exploit is morally reprehensible, sure
since it was in the game since the very beginning of LoD i treated it as a feature not a bug…
i don’t" explit the gold all the time" as you’ve stated it only get the gold when there’s a ned for it
o IST N 10mil don’t show up every other 10 minutes or so… theese are quite rare espcially if one has only one evening in a week to play/ check for offers…
otherwise i wouldn’t have anything usefull for trade… pammys sometimes go for an ~ist as well though it’s not easy to hoard 20 of them nowadays they are equally worth to other pgems… nobody offers an HR for a lower amount of pammys though there’s a long list of fools who put up offers to sell 7 pammys for an ist, yet they sit in that game for whole evening, and nobody wants to buy? care to guess why? I do ocasionally sell pgems for ists, though they’re not as easy to come by and store as gold used to be, though i admit since the gold glitch was so wildly known, there may be more offers for 10 mil now that the glitch is gone, yet i won’t be benefiting from that GF barb grind is just too much work to sell the gold for an IST in my case, so i won’t be attending those offers anymore, it’s back to the damn D2R Classic and pgem hunting for me, or simply ditching the market, and continue playing SSF, and only ocasionally sneakpeeking for an offer if ocasionally i have something valuable, right now most of the worthy stuff i find i keep for myself to feed my chars…
what about the bug that makes 80% rare jewels useless? everybody would appreciate that.

Such scripts can usually be defeated by introducing some randomness in the process; first thing that comes to mind is that the sold item should end up in a random spot in merchant’s inventory. And if there is only 1 spot it could fit, the item should poof.

They could very very easily get D2R community to fix all of these bugs FOR FREE, so there’s literally no excuse to not address these issues.

Let’s be real, this change will not effect botters at all lol
The bots will simply find another area to farm, and the people that were not using bots lose in this situation.
The complaints are not because of bots…
The complaints are because there are many other bugs that consistently negatively impact gameplay in every single game that have not been addressed…
They chose to put resources into a bug that has no negative impact on a players gameplay…
You don’t even encounter this bug unless you do a very specific set of actions…
The negative bugs have been in the game for 20 years, but they choose to fix this bug…

I wasn’t talking about those who run bots to farm items, etc. I was referring to people using automation to exploit the infinite gold bug. They’re going to be mad because their easily automated gravy train source of infinite gold has run dry.
Yeah, and the D2R community would fix all these issues FOR FREE if we were allowed lol…
