2021년 10월 12일 오후 11시 경 지옥 난이도 엑트4 헬포지 퀘스트를 완료 했는데 보석과 룬보상이 이루어 지지 않았습니다. 당시 상황은 헬포지 망치로 때렸는데 보석과 룬이 바닥에 떨어지지 않았습니다. 몇 분 정도 기다렸다가 서버가 중단 되었는데 다음날 다시 접속해보니 퀘스트는 완료 되었다고 나옵니다. 보상을 해주시면 될거 같습니다. 보상 또는 완료되기 전으로 돌려 줄 수는 있는지 빠른 조치 부탁드립니다.
