“Failed to enter game, this character is already in a game on the server”

Unbelievable, same issue here.
I have only played for a couple of hours and now for some reason my character is stuck online.
How can Blizzard create a game this way? I’d rather not play if this game until its properly proven it runs smoothly.
Can I get my money back please…
