When you start the Blizzard desktop application, scanning and repair will start automatically
scan game files in an endless loop
BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 - Blizzard Support
Delete each * .IDX file in the data folder.
You cannot delete an infinite scan loop.

If the usual troubleshooting doesn’t work, the next step you can try is to contact support directly. You can do so by submitting a support ticket.

Be sure to mention in the ticket everything you already tried.

Thanks for the advice, I solved the problem probably in the simplest way, by completely reinstalling the game. The error was caused by a bad entry in the game program, the error is caused by Launcher.
