It appears console users are punished even further - Blizzard wont’ even allow us the derisory “queue” offered to PC users.
Shambles? Disgrace? No. At this point we can only blame ourselves for still believing in these lot.

Same here in PS. They don’t have time to fix all the platforms. PC is the one having the most players. So, PS/XBOX players are sacrificed.
They are not even acknowledging that we are not able to play on a console (no queues unlike PC).
All we can hope is that there is some pro-bono lawyer out there who happens to be d2 aficionado who can start a class action lawsuit. They will be plenty of people who would be more than happy to sign a petition, etc.
