Wow51900319 dropped connection

im constantly disconnecting. some days its not bad but most days, like today, im disconnected 20+ times per hour. multiple times during 1 fight even. ive tried to submit a support ticket with all of the info they wanted. i attached all files and filled all requests but the form will not let me post to support. however i get this error “You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.” WinMTR stats below.

You’re not alone, I started having this problem a few hours ago.

Hey, ExGloom! Thanks for including the WinMTR test. I see that one of our technical specialists were able to respond to the ticket that was submitted. This issue does appear to be home network issue as the packet loss and average latency is quite high.

It can help to try a wired connection and resetting the network devices if it has not been done already. Please contact Comcast with these connection tests if the issue persists to address the home network issues. This could be issues with mitigation/prioritization, hardware issues with the home network devices, or an issue with the network adapter on the system.

@Merren, we are currently tracking an issue with AT&T U-Verse and AT&T Wireless connections disconnecting or experiencing high latency issues. This issue is different from OP’s issue, but we are requesting information on the AT&T issues. Here’s our forum post about the AT&T issues ( WoW | OW ).
