Hi there

I’m trying to figure out how to get up to date data on all of the characters on all US realms. The goal would be to be able to search a character’s name and get a list of existing characters with that name from different realms.

I can’t understand if this is possible or not with the search API though - you don’t seem to be able to search characters. Is this possible?

No, it is not possible, there is no API for that.

You can however find that information on the official WoW website.
