I received a beta key from a streamer and I was able to redeem it on my bnet account via the website, however I’m not seeing the Beta environment in my battlenet launcher/developer section of the dropdown. I’ve relogged out and in of my account on the launcher many times and restarted several times as well.

It looks like the key added to the account just fine. Though it’s possible there may have been some delay for the app registering it for whatever reason. If the problem persists beyond 24 hours time please try reinstalling the desktop app.
