Wow Account Profile API

Whenever i call the eu
“profile/user/wow?namespace=profile-eu&locale=en_GB”
endpoint

for the wow API its no longer returning the WoWAccounts data, just a 200 response with _links id and collections.

My token has the wow.profile scope in the response, this was working up until yesterday.

Is this a bug or has the api changed?

This seems a bit strange. Is it possible that the account you are requesting has enabled privacy features to no longer share their data with 3rd parties?
