Why is WOW not dropping armor other than head, shoulder and chest in daily quest and assaults cache since Shadowlands prepatch? It is difficult to level new tunes when quests themselves only drop no higher than lvl 80.

P.S. Azurite gear is what normally drops from world quests in BfA. (shoulders, heads, and chests). Nazjatar has vendor catch up gear you can quest and farm for once you hit 50. Prepatch will also have level 100 gear drops as catch ups from the events.
