Warcraft 1: Enemy trained units spawns in my base

When the computer trains units at a specific barrack they spawn in my base always at the same square. If I place a building at the square they instead spawn next to it. It happens on map 10 and 11 on horde campaign.

The Humans use invisibility in that campaign. They are probably just sneaking into your base.

I suggest walling off chokepoints to prevent the enemy from getting across the map.

i used to think this was a trigger to spawn enemy units on player base but seem very legit its because computer invisibility.

units get this spell when they are going out of their bases if there’re clerics around it.

war1 units dont have a proper attack command, such as War2 DOS, so units even if have attack command, they will go towards a location and only attack something that attack them first. So that works the same for computer units. If they send an invisible knight, he will just move towards a location and once he attacks, then will reveal himself up.

This may have been planned by original developers or was just using Attack command behavior still on its rusty development.

I find it an interesting and great strategy for computer. Maybe can replicate this in War2. Its very efficient to harass workers
