I need help changing my old phone number (that I lost) to a new number.
Problem is every time when I want to change the phone number via ticket, it always wants me to put the SMS code that I’m getting on my old number… if someone has any answer to this, it would help a lot and I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

The brilliant staff at Blizzard didn’t think this through or are just lazy and incompetent.

Gosh because everyone who is excited about a new phone number is gonna remember to do that before they lose access to the old number… right?
