After 11 months of not having an account, I made a new Xbox name AND battlenet so that I could play OW2. After the VERY FIRST GAME, I was hit with a warning that I’d been reported for abusive chat. The only problem is that I didn’t use the chat. At all. Not to call for heals, not to say good game, NOT. AT. ALL. I think people who remember my original name when I used to play are now targeting the new account. Again, I HAVENT USED THE CHAT!!! I opened THREE tickets and ALL THREE were closed after an automated response. The last ticket came with a response that literally told me not to ask them about the issue anymore because I wouldn’t get a response. They said they “investigated” the issue and are standing firm on the decision. But that literally can’t be true, because if they had, they’d see that I haven’t. used. the. game. chat. I haven’t even used the Xbox chat!! So we can all just be reported for things we’re not doing and they’ll take action without actually verifying it happened and then tell you to eat dirt when you ask for help? Blizzard/Battlenet might have the absolute most useless support I’ve ever come across.
