alot of set text on the api is in a bad way
I believe a hotfix for this went out earlier this week.
"Set: Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate a Winning Streak! increasing the damage of your Death Coil and Epidemic by 4.5%, stacking up to 10 times. Death Coil and Epidemic have a 15% chance to remove Winning Streak!"
Please take a look and let me know if you find any additional examples of malformed item/spell flavor text that have been published since maintenance. Thanks!
