Unacceptable loss of rewards bug

I am currently an Immortal and was queued for BGs today when I opened up two Immortal reward chests. No rewards came out, nothing appeared in my bag. Similarly, the BG reward was not claimable.

This is unacceptable.

There are many threads with players having similar issues. Please compensate us for the loss of time/rewards, it is demotivating.

These issues have all taken place on the mobile (Android) version. I originally asked GMs about these via tickets but they said they can only be handled through this Dev channel. yesterday while farming in the library, a legendary helm fell through the floor and it was not sent to my mail after I logged out several times the past few months, when I completed BGs I have been unable to claim the daily reward even though I was elegible last Monday (Nov 21st) I had some connection problems during…

Note: last Monday I lost all 10 monstrous essences while logging off in Frozen Tundra (next to the bestiary pedestal) pre-patch. Please compensate these for me as well.
