On phone and tablet you can not switch accounts. There is a button for it, but it just allows you to switch regions, not accounts. My husband and I share a tablet but can’t for hearthstone unless we uninstall and reinstall the app every time. You also can not easily get to support from a tablet or the mobile blizzard app. They want you to use an ai service that has no semblance of a keyword algorithm and obviously doesn’t give the feedback to any real people.
