“Support” is not the word i’d use for customer support. I can’t find my issue through in-game methods and none of them lead to a support ticket to get help resolving my issue.
My housing endeavor did not change, it reset progress and didn’t reset tasks, so now I have the same endeavor as last month with 12 completed tasks I won’t get XP for and no in-game way to seek resolution.
