My computer died, well its barely functioning (thats how I am posting this). I am trying to move over to a new computer and get everything setup, but I keep running into a point of failure. I need access to my old authenticator app (which I thought had gone away since the app had been terminated) or I need access to my old phone number which I stopped using a while back. Back in the old days I would just call support and verify my identity and this wouldd’t be an issue, but now they don’t have support??? So how am I supposed to access my account to update my phone number / remove the authenticator? It’s an endless feedback loop of approve the authenticator or txt a code to sms which neither work. Is this account just bricked? Do I just never play WoW again? Im not making a new account.
