I lost 3 games in a row in hearthstone heroic duels game mode. Every time i log in to the app and choose duels game mode, it takes me to “Resume” the game, to open the loot chest, but when i do, it just has smoke in it and no loot. and will not let me leave the game. i have tried to complete it on 3 different devices and they all have the same outcome. what can i do???
