I’ve attempted to create a ticket from multiple browsers but keep receiving an error upon submission. Hopefully someone can assist here.
Yesterday, I attempted to move my program files from my x86 folder to a new folder on my C drive. To do this I simply cut and paste in file explorer. I noticed the files remained in my x86 file but proceeded to point the Blizzard Agent to the new folder. It advised that those files were the “wrong version” of COD. I repointed the blizzard agent to the program files in the x86 folder and received a different error.
- BLZBNTBNA00000015 - an error has occured while launching the game.
I followed the support article recommended actions to no avail. I have since uninstalled both applications and reinstalled them. Rebooted my PC multiple times throughout the process. I still receive the error.
How can I create a ticket for support? Does anyone have recommended troubleshooting steps?
