Battle.net app, authenticator app, and WoW game all failing to log in. Subscription is active. Web connection is good. restarted computer and reinstalled battle.net app. Changed password. still failing. Am logged into blizzard website without issue.
Blizzard, please offer a solution here. i could find no way to communicate this issue other than posting to this forum.
also having this issue. tried every troubleshooting method i can find to no avail.

i do, but i was on earlier with no problem. closed on accident, tried to relog, then nothing.
There is an entire separate forum dedicated to WoW, and it’s linked in the red alert that is on top of the forum before you make a post.
When you have a connection problem, your first contact should always be the ISP.
If this routing issue pops again, your only solutions are a VPN or a hotspot until AT&T corrects it.
Problem is only with wow, no other connections, but my first contact should be to the ISP? Not sure i see the logic there.

A good connection to another service doesn’t mean the ISP’s entire network is functioning correctly.
To connect to WoW, your ISP, and routing peers they pay, handle the route between your house and the Google data center where the game is hosted. If that route has issues, then you’ll only see the problem in WoW.
Hundreds of ISPs share routing peers, so they can all experience the same issue at the same time, while players connecting outside those affected ISPs will see no issues. You pay your ISP to figure out the solution to connection problems you experience.
Edit 1: A WoW subscription is the fee for the license and access to assets on the servers. It does not include technical or connection troubleshooting to reach those assets.

I imagine the entire existence of this forum is that they hope we fix our own issues since they seem strongly opposed to solving any of them themselves
