Unable to connect to bnet for over 30 days

Hello,

I cannot connect to useast.

I have tried to flush, renew, reset router etc.

I didn’t try to connect for a week, I went on holidays for an additional week and came back and the message is still there.

I can connect to west, Europe and Asia.

Could a rep let me know if they see a suspension on the account/IP or if there is something else going on?
