Unable to Connect Since Friday

Friday morning I was able to connect to battle.net and play WoW with no issues. At some point after I last logged out, both the Battle.net app and World of Warcraft apps are having major issues.

I am unable to bypass Battle.net launcher and use WoW.exe either.

Error codes I’ve received: BLZBNTBGS80000011(2), WOW51900328, WOW51900328

I have contacted Blizzard CS and the Ticket Reference # is 104240612 if you.

Before you ask, I have done EVERY SINGLE thing listed in all relevant troubleshooting guides. Nothing is working. There is not a single other issue with my computer or other games and programs at this time. No internet issues.

I’ve spoken to 3 separate CS reps and now they have said I need to post it on here and wait for another Blizzard Tech to respond. My guild is currently working on 4/8 M and not being there is detrimental to our team, let alone I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

This is honestly extremely irritating and I’d appreciate any help that isn’t just straight up read from a script.

i agree that this is irritating I’m haven the same problem since Friday and feel like a run around.

the 4 CS reps I’ve talked to have said the same thing just worded a little different. last one told me to post something for the tech team to see

and I’ve been getting (BLZ51901016) (WOW51900328) and another i forgot the ERROR for it

I think something was lost in the communication of this idea. This forum is for P2P troubleshooting, no Blizzard techs are here. Perhaps they said “post in tech support and see if someone there can help”?

A while back, Blizzard would perform one-on-one assistance with network and computer problems as a courtesy service, meaning they were not part of the agreement or license fees. However, they discontinued those courtesy services around March 2024. These days they only have steps and tips they can link you to perform on your own. For problems beyond those steps, you’ll need to work with the ISP or a local PC technician.

I was specifially told by Blizzard CS to post here, please don’t assume I am posting here without reason. They specifically stated that Blizzard tech support reads these, so that’s what I’m doing.

I’m sure they did tell you to post, but there’s some misunderstanding about who is reading and responding to threads here. Perhaps the CS rep either phrased it in a confusing manner or is uninformed. The Tech Support reps who used to monitor these forums have either been reassigned or moved on to other companies over a year ago. These days it’s your fellow players who are reading and responding to technical support issues, not technical support reps.

Pretty hard to misinterpret “To help address the issue, I also recommend reporting it on our tech support forum so our developers can investigate further and take action on this” copied verbatim from their response.

Followed by “Rest assured our team is always monitoring posts and reports on the forums.” again verbatim

good luck i canacelled my subscription now im trying to get my money back for this month since i cant play
