Unable to claim Hungering Moon event blessing reward

I am unable to claim the reward from one of the blessings from the Hungering Moon event. The ‘Claim’ button is displayed clicking on it does nothing. The bug also prevents me from activating other blessings of this type and locks me out of the rewards from said blessings. It has major impact on the amount of rewards I can get from the event.

I tried to claim it on two different mobile devices and a PC client - all to no avail. I have also tried to use the repair client in game function as well as reinstalling the game along with clearing the game cache and it still prevents me from claiming the blessing.

This is happening to me too. I have the dungeon blessing bonus, but am unable to claim the moonsilvers after the blessing timer has expired. Instead, it says the blessing is still active and therefore cannot activate any subsequent blessings.

I also created a topic about this yesterday, but it seems to have been removed.

Yesterday I was able to claim the blessing. Seems like it was fixed.
