Unable login into US and EU servers (Connection Issue)

Hi there.
I dont know what is wrong with my account. I can only successfully login into Asia server for now. Neither EU nor US server is working for me.
Whenever I tried to login into EU and US server with my account, it shows “We couldn’t log you in with what you justentered. Please try again. BLZBNTBGS8000000F(3)” after I have authorized the login via my Authenticator.

By the way, I have already changed my account password and Internet environment several times. No luck here.

I can 100% assure that I have entered exactaly the same information to login into Asia, EU and US server. Only Asia server is working for me. I have also reset my password and used latest codes of my authenticator several times.

And now I cannot switch to US or EU in-game SC2. it show disconnected from the server. It seems that blizzard EU and US servers got a connection issue to all Asian IP users. Please report this issue to your technical depatment.

And also I have tried to login my account via Geforce NOW located in EU and US, both of which were working for me. I think there should be a connection issue between Asian IP and Blizzard EU & US servers.

Hope the problem can be solved soon.

Jackige,

For issues with SC2, please refer to the large banner at the top of every forum page.

This is not a SC2 issue. Please read it as a whole.

Which country are you connecting from?

I did, and I reread it as you instructed. The only place you mention anything about what you cannot log into is in the 4th paragraph with “SC2”.

You only use the word “account” through out your post which can have many meanings, thus it’s not specific enough to identify what your are referring to.

However, based on your reply, I’m now assuming that you mean you can’t log into the launcher.

I’ve also been having issues logging into the launcher. For the last 4-5 hours anytime I try to log into the launcher it just spin with “Logging In” forever, it never gets past that. I’ve restarted my computer and that did not help. Last time it did work for me was last night.

Edit: I wanted to also mention that I followed the following steps in an attempt to correct the issue, but it did not help, " Deleting Battle.net Files". I would add the link, but since i’m a “New User” it won’t allow me.

Thanks for the reply. I am in Pakistan.

Over the last few years there were intermittent issues with Pakistan ISPs blocking gaming traffic for other regions. I saw a lot of talk about it in the Overwatch forum, and eventually it was sorted out at the ISP level. If you can legally use a VPN, you could try that, but otherwise, Blizzard has no control over your ISP letting you send data to their other datacenters.
