Hello Blizzard Team or Blizzard user
My issue is trying to launch Overwatch via the battle.net app on my PC. As soon as I click on the play button it goes to a full dark screen but then it disappears, feels like its teasing me that it might boot up.
YES, I tried all the support steps Blizzard has to offer but no go.
It was working fine a few days ago but today I’m having this issue. And TODAY it was doing a overwatch update:
Region: Americans
Version: 1.49.0.0.69939
Update issues since 6/19/2020 at 9:00pm- 6/20/2020 12:26am

That’s usually caused by an incompatibility with another program - typically a bugged build of Razer. Have you checked this sticky from the overwatch forums yet?

Speaking of Razer. Yes, I do have Razer hardware connected to my PC.
I’ll try the advise you’ve shown me and let you know the results, much appreciated.
