when i log in my toons are all gone?

If you have an issue with a specific game you will want to check the Knowledge base under Support or post on the forums for that game.
For example WoW missing chars is usually due to being on the wrong WoW license (use the drop down menu over the play button) or being on the wrong server. Sometimes if you have not played in a very long time, you need to create a level 1 on your usual server then log in to force it to refresh.
