So 48 hours ago, I bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare II. Transaction was completed, but when I downloaded and booted the .exe file, it say I can not install this game.
I’ve obviously contacted customer support, but it has been 48 hours without an answer. So now I have paid an extreme amount for a game, which I do not get to play in my few days of work.
Is this type of situation and customer service normal for battle.net?
