I have the Farseer title selected, when I log off and select the character again, the title has been turned off. I have to go back into the Character menu (hitting C key) to bring up equipment and then reselect the title.

If the title doesn’t stay selected, this may be due to permission issues preventing the game from saving those settings. Try launching the Blizzard app and WoW as Admin.
