I wanted to share some feedback about the current state of the ticketing system. Lately, it feels like every response is either automated or copied from a script, which is really frustrating when you’re trying to get actual help or clarification on an issue.
When a player takes the time to open a ticket, it’s usually because they need specific guidance or support that the self-help articles can’t provide. But the replies often just redirect you to generic links or repeat information without addressing the actual question. It makes the whole process feel like a dead end rather than a solution.
I get that not every issue can have a detailed response, but there needs to be a balance. It would go a long way to have even a small acknowledgment that someone actually looked into the issue rather than sending what feels like a boilerplate response.
I hope you’ll consider improving this system because it’s a big part of the customer experience, and right now, it’s not working for players who genuinely need help. I’m also sure this post along with others in the community will be antagonized and shut down quickly (as I’ve seen before posting this).
