I haven’t played in close to 6 years just changed everything and logged back into the app and it says my main account is locked?
Started a ticket 24 hours ago. What is the normal wait time for a response?
It’s going on 4 days for me, nothing but an automated response. But only reopen it, if it’s closed after an automated response. If you are fortunate enough to speak with a real GM just be polite and tell them your issue. But don’t continue to bother them, I hear they don’t like that. I read that someone else opened a ticket for a different issue and then reached a GM very quickly, and his account was reinstated from a false positive ban. I’m not sure I recommend that. I’m not going to, unless all my options are expended and I have no other choice.
I hope someone sees mine soon because I’m slowly losing hope that a real human GM will reach out to me. My ticket is still opened tho so there is a glimmer.
