Was told to submit a bug report for this error I’ve been receiving. For about a week or two, I’ve been getting error 7004 every time I try to message people on my friends list, people I talk to on a daily basis, so I know i’m not just blocked. Not sure if I’m silenced, or what. I’ve reinstalled multiple times, flushed DNS, submitted WinMTR thing, and MSInfo.

I’m experiencing this same issue! Were you ever able to get this resolved? I’ve narrowed it down to definitely being an account based issue.
