The /r command present in other battle.net product seem to be missing or broken for Warcraft 2 the /r command is a faster and easier way to answer last recieved whispers.
Please fix it and guys make sure you upvote and reply to these posts if you want Blizzard to care about these issues because apparently this is the way they want us to go about it!
