It crashes when playing.

Howdy !

If the phone is heating up then crashing I would recommend the following steps be taken:

  • Log into the game on one of your characters
  • Goto the menu - Settings → Graphics → Set Frame rate to 30 and lower image accuracy and graphic settings to low.

From what I can tell, the GPU in this phone is weaker than our lowest rates GPU on the site. You may wish to switch to a different device to play the game or a supported cellular device in the future.
