I just tried to buy a bunch of stuff but when I hit “Complete…” It spins and says processing then takes me back to the previous screen. As far as I can tell, it is not doing anything.
The help section wasn’t helpful and read online that Fanatics is a terrible service with horrific customer experiences.
I’m trying to buy merch, if you want my monies, fix it or go back to the old system that didn’t need to be changed.
