The failure of a crafting system in Diablo Immortal

First, getting loot as a dungeon drop that is lower than your CR is understandable. The random drops have always been part of any/all gaming systems.

However…

When you craft an item, from many lower levels drops that were converted to wisps, and STILL get items that are 2000 or so LOWER than what you are wearing, is a huge failure in game design… A HUGE failure.

This needs to be addressed. there is no way that anyone actually PLAYING the game supports or even likes this horrible system.

Crafting sucks, plain and simple. Fix it to where you will get at least a ONE point upgrade and not failures.
