Technical problem with logging in

Hello, I can’t login to my account. And no, I didn’t forget my password or lost my authentication token. I simply can’t: basically I am stuck on 2fa screen when it asks to verify with my phone, so when I approve the access, it just doesn’t redirect me to the game.


I have the same issue. From my iPhone, I open the Diablo Immortal app and find that my account says guest. I log back in and provide the 2fa and it never connects.

I uninstalled the app, tried running from cellular, and restarted my device. I can’t log in.

Same issue here. Twitter support told me to check forums here. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting it just won’t log in to bnet.
