Hello,
Recently, my Battle.net account has been stuck in “Offline” status within the launcher, even though I’m logged in and actively playing. This issue is tied to my account, not my PC or network.
Symptoms:
- I’m always shown as offline in the launcher and in-game.
- I can’t change my status (Online, Busy, etc.).
- I can’t invite friends, and I don’t receive their invites.
- I receive message notifications, but I can’t open or reply to them.
- I can play solo games (e.g. Hearthstone), but I’m completely disconnected socially.
Tests I’ve tried:
- Full reinstallation of Battle.net client
- Cleared cache and deleted Battle.net folders
- Switched networks and used VPN
- Logged into another Battle.net account on my PC → works fine
- Logged into my account on another PC → same problem
Conclusion:
The issue clearly originates from my account’s backend data, not my local setup. Most likely it’s a bug or desync in the social/presence system.
The issue only affects the Europe region — other regions seem fine.
Please do not redirect me to generic support articles, I have already gone through all of them. This is clearly a server-side issue requiring a manual fix or resync by a technician.
I’m kindly requesting a manual resynchronization or reset of the social data tied to my account.
