Hello friends and family,
I opened a ticket to turnover an account suspension due to my WoW account being compromised; surprised that it’s now going to day 3 since my ticket has gotten any attention at all.
This seems like a high priority issue for blizzard as it’s a blocking issue (and i’ve spent a lot of money on this account and i’m planning on bringing in 3-4 people to spend more money) and a relatively quick and easy fix.
I’ve been away for awhihle, is this the new normal with Battle.net support? Seems a bit crazy and not a great business model, i’m literally being blocked from spending money right now.
Any help or assistance in this would be appreciated! At least an estimated time on how much longer i should wait before i can play again.
