Support Ticket Went to Limbo?

Hi I’m sorry for posting here, but it’s something else to try rather than open a new ticket.

I have written to Support before and I find Blizzard’s response relatively good- normally I get a reply in a couple of hours. But I have a recent ticket, seems to have been lost in Limbo or something for 1 and a 1/2 days… I was wondering if any GM or CM could assist in passing this msg to Support or have a look at what the issue is:-

Ticket Number: US70930324 (submitted from a different account).

I mean, i can’t be that far down the line, I submitted the ticket on Thursday… I’m really looking forward to the resolution of the issue as I intend to make a purchase from that account.
