Support in need of revamp

I firmly believe you guys need to have better live chat and support options. Your support is basic and satisfactory at best. For how much money this company makes off its player base, you guys should really do better by the players and re vamp your support system.

It is pathetic that I have to wait 24+ hours at a time for a reply and nearly every reply is auto generated. Support is not willing to talk to it’s players, they just funnel them through a never-ending system. That’s just poor and lazy service.

Thought I’d give this game another try after 2 years. Hearthstone has become so ridiculous I give up, has to be the most moronic game on the planet. Way too complicated, games are unevenly matched, not any fun at all. I won’t be coming back. The game was so much better in its early days.
