Just a few suggestions I’d like to share in regards to specific WoW licenses on the Battle.net client:
1. There should be an option to set a “personal nickname” for individual World of Warcraft accounts as they appear on the app/drop-down menu. For players with multiple accounts, it can sometimes be genuinely confusing to tell each one of them apart. This can and has lead to users activating game time for the wrong license and needing to request a refund. I’d also like to add that certain account names contain personal information on them. Someone who does livestreaming may have to deal with said personal information being exposed due to the account name being clearly visible on the app.
2. It would be useful if we had the ability to re-arrange the order in which individual WoW accounts appear on the drop-down menu in the battle.net app. This can help users with organization if they have multiple accounts.
3. We should have the option to hide individual WoW accounts from the drop-down menu. Some users may have old accounts that they don’t use anymore and would prefer to have hidden from the menu since it’s not possible to outright delete them.
