I have an account with 2 BFA licenses I do not use, and it also contains Shadowlands on top of those 2 licenses. I do not play the BFA accounts as all of my characters are on one license.
The ability to remove the BFA licenses (or paid licenses) was once an option to Mail blizzard entertainment billing and have them removed, this is not the case now, but as an account holder wishing to have these removed and not exists on my account , i should have that ability. when searching your own character database to see 100 characters and having to prune through them to see your armory is time consuming, and i regret the choice of account consolidation as it doesn’t provide a decent experience for me, or any player in the same situation.
