Same exact problem…
I have tried every single suggested fix in several forums.
Also tried giving windows 10 a “Fresh Start” and rebooting every single device.
Nothing works…
Got the exact problem as well…
In the install log it says that the setup program cannot reach the servers.
The log file has some lines like this (it goes like this forever):
HTTP: connection timeout for ‘137.221.64.7:80’
HTTP: connection timeout for ‘137.221.64.2:80’
So if everyone has this problem, then it must be something with the blizzard servers.
I am stuck at install too, try from new diffrent internet connection also, stuck

Can not install battle net application. Win 10 Pro 64 bit.

I was having problem with update games in my battlenet app so I tryed to reinstall battlenet app. Was a big mistake… Can not install app now. I reinstall windows 10 and try it after = same problem. I try 3 different internet connections. I was try copy 1:1 battle net app from my sons laptop ( he works fine ) and problem is that battle net app started but GAMES menu have error message: BLZBNTBNA00000005…
Same here tried every possible thing as stated in the troubleshoots, watched every youtube vid to resolve this problem, but every time i start up the battlenet setup, still stuck at 30% of the blizzard agent.

Same here, I tried everything I think would have worked, yesterday installed SCII to finally complete cam pain, and today didn’t start, started to try out everything and after trying to reinstall blitz app, got same problem you facing guys, been trying to fix it for myself for 2 hours and then wanted to finally ask for advice and saw this post lol
