I have a character who is stuck with 8/9 venthyr covenant campaign…I check online and see it is a common problem, the solution is to contact support. I click on the support button, enter my problem, and lo and behold I get told what I already know, " We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. If you are affected by this issue, please contact Customer Support. While we may be able to assist with campaign credit, we are unable to assist in restoring lost Renown. I can’t seem to get past the “answer” that I need to contact support, to where I ACTUALLY contact support…Help???
editing to add I decided to try submitting it as a quest bug…wish me luck.
