I am stuck at 45% on my desktop. I have done the regedit value change, deleted the Battle.net folders in ProgramData, deleted the Blizzard files in the User/AppData/Local location, updated the hostfile, connected directly to my router instead of WiFi, and created a new admin. Blizzard support has nothing else (I opened a ticket).
I’m on PC. Still stuck at 45%.
Any suggestions?
