Hi, my game-account “mus4” still can”t login into Diablo 2 (legacy) Europe battle.net realm.
I can create other accounts and login without issues into Europe etc., just this account is still stuck at “Please Wait” after entering account-name and password.
I provided screenshots and description of the issue already in Support Tickets.
Blizzard please fix this finally!
At startup, the detector beeps three times, displays the message “Booting System… Please Wait,” and runs a series of startup confidence tests.
Anyone from Blizzard do care about fixing my account “mus4” now?
The support told me in Ticket #100072686 that development team is currently investigating this issue and would contact me through the Ticket ?!? but last time when there was an weird issue (also probably caused by fail of Servers ) develop team or whoever fixed it after some weeks without any notification.
Its been now one month or so since i last could access my account and i will still wait 1 more week before next login attempt but it would be good to know any response of the actual Blizzard staff who takes care about these issues as its been caused by the Server-failures some weeks ago it have to be fixed too, its not caused by me/user but fail of Blizzard so please fix this or at least respond & confirm that youre working on it.
