Still receiving email even after Disabling all communication

The Nonz sent me. I’m receiving World of Warcraft promotional/advertisement email despite having all Communication options within Preferences of my User Account disabled. Please see the below last interaction with a Blizzard rep who pointed me here to post in this forum publicly (which is an uncomfortable method of support; I don’t want to have to publicly air my dirty laundry with the world just to get assistance on a personal situation). I’m surprised this isn’t all sorted out quietly within the ticket I made… but maybe someone at the company can assist me here?
