keep the mmr league tier as it is. most of these players dont deserve master

Leagues started working couple weeks ago, but API doesnât seem to work yet. Hope it will come back to life eventually

Since the start of season 49 the SC2 League API return 404/not found for regions eu, us and kr:
Examples:
https://us.api.blizzard.com/data/sc2/league/49/201/0/5
https://eu.api.blizzard.com/data/sc2/league/49/201/0/5
https://kr.api.blizzard.com/data/sc2/league/49/201/0/5
All of those return:
