Sorry State of Blizzard Support

I have opened a ticket (Number of the ticket is * EU99952039, you can share any of my information if you think I am in the wrong I don’t care I just want to have a conversation with someone who wouldn’t just dismiss me without the option to response)) number is with the following message:
"I got suspended from stadium after I was leaving and rejoining games because it is the only way to reset the tank health bug that is still not fixed after a season. I always left and rejoined the rounds where this happened and somehow still got banned. None of the times I left the games for longer than 2 minutes and I don’t understand why I am being punished for an issue that is on Blizzard’s end?

This is the replay code for the last round of a match that got me suspended - VW03DA. Enemy does not have their health reduced and I do. For me to get on equal footing with them I would need to leave the game and rejoin which I did and it got me suspended. Why am I getting actioned for smth that is not my fault?

And the ticket got resolved with the following message:

Note that I would leave and then come back immediately, literally within seconds. I was displeased with the resolution but the option to reopen it does not respond. Literally when I was pressing ‘reopen’ button nothing would happen. SO I opened a separate ticket referencing this one ( * EU99966095 ) with the following message:

I have submitted a ticket in regards to my suspension form Competitive play. I got suspended as punishment for leaving too many games and I only played Stadium in competitive this season. I only left the games because of the tank heath bug and the only way to resolve it is to leave the game and rejoined. I provided the replay code of the last time it did happen (and the time it got me suspendered for leaving the game and rejoining). The response of the support did not address the issue, they just described how it works which has nothing to do with the resolution of my issue. I would have reopened the ticket but the ticket page does not have an option to do that (See screenshot attached)

I will point out that in the replay code I provided - VW03DA I left for a few seconds and immediately came back. According to the response from the previous ticket number EU99952039 if I leave and come back within a minute I should have no penalty issued against the account yet my account is actioned for some reason. I want the suspension lifted an history of it erased because it can result in the account being perma banned from Competitive play."

And I got the following response:

So let me get this straight: every leave is subjected to penalty but if you come back within a minute it is not, but also it is. Can you guys at least agree among yourself? This situation reeks. This makes me despise customer support and I have no faith in them. It looks like it doesn’t care at all, it is incoherent and it does not address the issues I have nor does it allow you to reopen resolved tickets and the only option you have is to open new ones but the result is the same. How is this even acceptable?

UPD:
There is an update believe it or not. I was suspended from Stadium for the rest of s16, then when I logged on s17, I am STILL SUSPENDED for the next 20 hours. For not doing anything even remotely banable by their own support admission. Like, how is it even a thing? What needs to happen for you to treat your non-existent customer service seriously?

That’s been a problem for a long time. One ticket states one thing, another ticket contradicts it completely. The state of customer support is really bad.

I recommend asking to speak to a supervisor or manager
